Frequently Asked Questions
What does professional DPF cleaning remove?
A complete off-truck cleaning process is intended to remove accumulated soot and non-combustible ash that normal regeneration cannot fully eliminate.
Is DPF cleaning the same as regeneration?
No. Regeneration burns combustible soot at high temperature. Professional off-truck cleaning also addresses ash and debris that remain after regeneration.
Who will Mountaintop Mechanics serve?
We plan to work with private diesel owners, owner-operators, repair shops, contractors, agricultural operators, and fleets throughout the Gorge.
